Check out The Village in Meridian!

The Village in Meridian always has something going on for those who like exploring the amenities around the newer Eagle Road developments. From bowling, to movies, to amazing shopping and restaurants, if you are looking for the gamut of easy entertainment, you will be ever-enthralled. If you have the little ones in tow and they need a break, a fun playground is available and also a marvelous fountain that does amazing waterworks to music on the hour.

Here’s the breakdown

Restaurants and Cafes The Village features fine restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. Whether you’re craving sushi, pizza, or a cozy coffee spot, there’s something for everyone1.

Entertainment You’ll find Village Cinemas, offering a great movie-watching experience. Additionally, during winter, there’s a skating rink, and-- again-- a year-round, captivating fountain with light displays set to music (similar to the Bellagio in Las Vegas, but on a smaller scale) at the heart of the Village.

Shopping The Village boasts upscale apparel and specialty retail stores. From fashion to unique finds, you’ll discover a variety of shopping options to explore.

Lego Store Did you know that The Village has its own official LEGO store? Beat the bricks on over to check out this amazing store that is fun for all ages. You can try their new build center or just spend hours gazing at the different LEGO kits that they have to choose from. Just remember not to step on them with your bare feet!

Warby Parker Glasses This may not sound like a huge deal, but it really is. Warby Parker is the web’s leading affordable glasses and frames providers and they are bringing one of their first brick and mortar retail spaces to Idaho. They had a spectacular grand opening this June but the sales and the savings will keep on rolling in all year long. If you or a loved one needs glasses and you think they would like to save some money while getting top quality lenses and frames, then have them stop on by the new Warby Parker store.

Learn To Dance This year, from May to September 6th you can learn how to line dance from the experts at Dirt Road Dancing. Ever wanted to know how to kick up a dust storm of cowboy style dance moves to impress your friends and family? Well, now you can! Just stop by on a Friday at 6:00PM at Big Al's Patio.

Get Moving To The Yoga Beat If you liked the free line dancing classes, then you will love free yoga classes. That’s right, this year they are offering free public yoga classes on the green in Fountain Square every Saturday morning at 9am, presented by Axiom Gym. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and remember to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle because even though it isn’t technically “hot yoga” it will get hot during your sessions this summer! Classes go from June 1st through August 31st.

Also, you’ll feel like you’re escaping the sprawl as The Village at Meridian is designed with European-style architecture, surrounded by tree-lined streets. Come for breakfast and shop until dinner! It’s a delightful destination for friends and family!
